Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customers’ needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
- Complete all administrative resident services tasks and ensure they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
- Drive efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years
- Travel between communities may be required daily.
- Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
Base Pay Start Rate: $21.35 - $25.87. The Company also offers competitive benefits for full time employees, including paid time off, matching 401(k), and health benefits.
