Job Responsibilities- Assist with user and community operations, monitor community dynamics, identify trending topics and player needs, and maintain a positive community interaction atmosphere.
- Support content operations and marketing strategy, participate in content planning and creation, track content performance data, and assist in strategy optimization.
- Facilitate cross‑department communication and coordination, and support the execution of online and offline events.
- Conduct research on mature products in the North American market and produce analysis reports.
- Gaming Enthusiast: Deep gaming player with broad knowledge and passion for various games.
- Community Operations
Skills:
Familiar with mainstream North American gaming community platforms and an understanding of North American player culture and community ecosystem. - Communication and Coordination
Skills:
Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills, able to effectively communicate with players, teams, and partners. - Strong Learning Ability: Able to quickly learn new tools and platforms, adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
- Industry Interest: Strong interest in the gaming industry and an awareness of industry trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in office software and design tools.
- Team Spirit: Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Experience in game community management or content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platform algorithms and operation strategies.
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, and related media production.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
Location:
US-California, Irvine & Los Angeles (Co‑working options). Expected base pay range $24.81 to $42.70 per hour. The position includes 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 13 paid holidays per calendar year, and eligibility for company‑sponsored medical plans for full‑time interns.
