Maintenance Coordinator
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of essential systems for our valued customers. You will be a key player in taking a proactive, preventative approach to schedule maintenance services that prevent costly breakdowns and keep our customers' operations running seamlessly.
Location:
Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618 Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule:
8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers and vendors via telephone and email.
- Efficiently plan and organize preventative maintenance services to ensure timely service delivery across multiple accounts.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate service terms and costs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers to address preventative maintenance (inspection & testing) needs and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, site information, and compliance updates in internal and customer systems.
- Identify potential issues and proactively provide solutions to ensure uninterrupted scheduled inspection & testing and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Track all open and closed work orders, including updating status notes in the Great Plains system, providing reports with schedule dates, estimated completion dates, and close dates.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 1+ year of experience in coordination or scheduling.
- Experience in vendor management or contract negotiation is a plus.
