Key Responsibilities:

• Event & Monetization Operations:
  Propose event formats and monetization strategies tailored to North American user preferences and local player habits.
• User Research & Analysis:
  Participate in local user research, effectively synthesize local player feedback, and contribute to game feature improvements.
• UGC Development & Operations:
  Recommend UGC gameplay modes to boost user engagement

Who We Look For:

• Gaming Background:
  Avid gamer with deep hands-on experience in mainstream FPS titles and strong familiarity with the North American gaming market across a wide range of genres.
• User Insights:
  Strong local user insight with the ability to distill player observations and work with the product team to drive implementation. Competitive Intelligence:
  Ability to quickly identify and report outstanding designs from competitors, along with corresponding player feedback and data trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Excellent cross-team/cross-department communication and coordination skills, a fast learner with strong adaptability.

Location State(s)

US-California-Irvine Co-working

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
