Position Summary
Responsible for providing general administrative support to the Appraisal Department. Aid in pipeline management of all tasks in the department by overseeing and managing various department reports.
Responsibilities- Provides general administrative support to the appraisal department in ordering, tracking and uploading of appraisal reports and data.
- Manage inboxes and routes escalations to the appropriate party in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding file status and follow-ups.
- Performs overflow follow up functions as directed.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One (1) + year of administrative support or mortgage industry experience preferred

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $19.00 and $20.00 an hour. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
