Vice President of Treasury

The Vice President of Treasury oversees enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity planning, banking strategy, and debt coordination across multiple entities and properties. Working closely with executive leadership, finance, and operations teams, this role ensures disciplined treasury oversight while supporting financing activities and portfolio growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic insight and technical execution.

• Lead enterprise-wide cash management and liquidity strategy
• Oversee intercompany funding structures and capital allocation
• Manage banking relationships and optimize account structures
• Oversee treasury controls, wire governance, and approval protocols
• Coordinate lender relationships, loan compliance, and covenant tracking
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning models
• Support refinancings, acquisitions, and capital transactions
• Strengthen treasury policies, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Guide treasury systems, automation initiatives, and process improvements

• 10+ years of treasury, capital markets, or financial leadership experience
• Experience managing complex, multi-entity structures and debt portfolios
• Strong understanding of liquidity forecasting, loan structures, and lender reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
