A leading healthcare company seeks an Accounting Leader to drive financial compliance and process improvements across the division. You will lead compliance with GAAP and SOX, analyze financial performance, and partner with both internal teams and auditors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 8 years of relevant experience. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a competitive salary range of $102,600 to $223,000 plus bonus and benefits.
