Responsibilities
- Prepare foreign direct and indirect tax filings and reconciliations.
- Review and oversee monthly reconciliations of various tax accounts on the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Independently prepare and review the quarterly tax estimates and year end extension estimates to ensure timely filings.
- Prepare SOX control documentation.
- Oversee and gather information for tax authority audits, as well as other ad‑hoc projects.
- 3 + years of Tax experience with Big 4 or mid‑tier firm, focused on corporate tax
- CPA preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
