You’ll partner closely with leaders, own critical financial processes, and bring forward insights that directly power our performance.
Responsibilities- Lead process optimization initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and financial efficiency across the business.
- Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans while coordinating cross‑functional inputs and timelines.
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic business initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Enhance existing models and forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy, reliability, and ease of use for business partners.
- Build and strengthen relationships with leaders across functions to align priorities, influence financial outcomes, and support business growth.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting packages—including key metrics, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations—for recurring and ad hoc needs.
- Support month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting policies by partnering closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger concepts, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis and business partnering.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, Net Suite, or Think Cell.
- Additional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).
- Work arrangement:
Hyrid - 3 days onsite a week
$89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
