What You’ll Do
- Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Review documentation and guide clients through the preparation process
- Ensure timely filings and maintain compliance with current tax regulations
- Ask the right fact‑finding questions to uncover complete and accurate information
- Handle amended returns as needed and support resolution‑ready files
- Earn up to $800 in monthly bonuses based on performance
- Active CTEC and PTIN (required)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
- Experience with business returns (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Schedules A, B, C, D and amendments
- Familiarity with PRO-Series tax software
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with tax software and computer systems
- Consistent workload during tax season — no scrambling for clients
- Competitive pay: $24–$32/hour DOE (bonuses included)
