We are in search of a Tax Manager who is ready to take on an exciting role in a growing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of High Net Worth individuals and businesses, providing comprehensive tax services and advice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team and make a significant impact, leveraging your expertise in Tax Returns, Gift, individual and business.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals and businesses, offering tailored tax advice and strategies.
2. Prepare and review complex tax returns, including Individual, S Corp, and Gift tax returns.
3. Provide tax planning services and identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
4. Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide clear, concise, and comprehensive solutions.
5. Oversee and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
6. Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all tax operations.
7. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services to clients.
8. Handle tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
9. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profitability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing Individual, S Corp, and Gift tax returns.
4. Strong understanding of current tax laws and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Superior client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
