** What You Will Do**
* ** Lead
* * process optimization initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and financial efficiency across the business.
* ** Manage
* * annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans while coordinating cross‑functional inputs and timelines.
* ** Analyze
* * financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
* ** Develop and maintain
** complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic business initiatives with minimal oversight.
* ** Enhance
* * existing models and forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy, reliability, and ease of use for business partners.
* ** Build and strengthen
** relationships with leaders across functions to align priorities, influence financial outcomes, and support business growth.
* ** Deliver
* * timely and accurate reporting packages—including key metrics, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations—for recurring and ad hoc needs.
* ** Support
* * month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting policies by partnering closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.## ##
** What You Will Need**###
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles.
* Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger concepts, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
* Experience in financial planning and analysis and business partnering.### ###
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with Adaptive Insights, Net Suite, or Think Cell.
* Additional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).## ##
** Additional Information
*** Work arrangement:
Hyrid - 3 days onsite a week $89,300- $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
