Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Treasury & Cash Management Manager.
Position HighlightsResponsible for the organization’s treasury operations, including cash management, banking administration, liquidity planning, investment support, and funding strategy. Oversees corporate bank accounts, credit card programs, wire and ACH activity, letters of credit, and treasury systems to ensure appropriate liquidity, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of corporate funding and investment strategies; monitor cost of capital and support capital structure analysis.
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs; report analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Perform, review, approve, record, and reconcile wire transfers, ACH transactions, EFTs, and book transfers.
- Establish and maintain domestic bank accounts, including account signers, online banking access, ACH Company IDs, wire templates, tokens, and user permissions across all banking platforms.
- Administer and oversee treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, US Bank Single Point) including account maintenance and liquidity management.
- Manage corporate credit card programs, including RFP selection, annual evaluation, account maintenance, spending limits, ACH payments, and rebate reporting.
- Maintain accurate bank account documentation, balances, transaction records, wire instructions, ACH instructions, W-9 forms, and master treasury documentation.
- Verify and validate incoming and outgoing wire instructions; ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
- Manage letters of credit including issuance, amendments, quarterly payments, renewals, reductions, and releases in coordination with divisions and financial institutions.
- Coordinate funding of overdrawn accounts and intercompany transfers as needed.
- Support quarterly and annual tax payments (including Delaware franchise tax), audit confirmations, and internal/external audit requests.
- Assist divisions with fraud prevention measures and banking issue resolution.
- Maintain deposit systems including onsite electronic deposit scanners and authorized users.
- Continuously evaluate treasury processes and banking relationships to improve efficiency, controls, and cost effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- 6 or more years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or related finance role.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or homebuilding industry preferred.
- Proven knowledge of complex treasury transactions and banking platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of treasury operations and bank products
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong internal controls and compliance orientation
- Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba), ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards)
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Occasional work after hours during periodic audit and reporting cycles
- Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work)
- Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings
- Visual acuity for reading documents and computer work
- Base Salary:
The expected base salary range for this position is between $ 97,000 - $ 148,100 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. - Bonus:
This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document. - Benefits:
