Location:
Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 2 days/week: Tuesday and Thursday)
Duration: 12 months contract to extension
Qualifications- 3–5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience handling high-volume transactions and reconciling them with high accuracy
- Strong comprehension, communication skills, and professional delivery
- Ability to manage cash operations and reconciliations
- Familiarity with revenue estimation processes
- Prior experience working with Net Suite is a plus
- Industry experience is not required
- Responsible for managing cash across 30+ bank accounts
- Support revenue estimation and cash reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with payroll and the broader finance team
- Utilize Net Suite for accounting processes
