Senior Director OneStream Financial Systems

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Director One Stream Financial Systems in Irvine, CA.

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Finance and Accounting systems
• Own consolidation, forecasting, and financial reporting platforms with hands‑on responsibility
• Design, build, and enhance BI reporting cubes and executive dashboards for financial forecasting and decision‑making
• Deliver accurate, real‑time financial KPIs and executive‑level reporting
• Serve as the technology owner for finance systems including One Stream and other cloud‑based finance applications
• Lead end‑to‑end system implementations (vendor selection, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post‑go‑live support)
• Partner closely with executive leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Manage and develop a small team of finance systems analysts
• Oversee finance data flows into BI tools and data warehouse environments
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all finance systems
• Remain hands‑on with system configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, BI/DWH, and IT teams
• Support internal and external audits by defining and testing system and data controls
• Maintain clear documentation for system architecture, integrations, and key processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 7‑10 years of experience supporting Finance and Accounting systems
• Must have strong One Stream experience;
  Prefer implementation experience with One Stream
• Strong data experience, understanding of cubes and data warehouses to work closely with BI/DWH team and assist with technical models for executive leadership
• Proven experience leading finance systems implementations and complex, cross‑functional projects
• Experience with modern cloud‑based finance platforms (including One Stream)
• Experience operating in an executive‑facing, highly visible environment
• Strong functional knowledge of close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
• Hands‑on technical background with BI tools, data warehouses, integrations, and system configuration
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams
• Oracle‑based financial systems experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
