Tax Senior (Corporate)

Great stable, larger company seeking to add to its tax team for a career-minded professional.

• Prepare and review the accuracy and detail of corporate tax returns and compliance.
• Participate and assist with ASC 740 provisions calculation and related issues for financial statement reporting, including necessary financial statement disclosures.
• Assist in all aspects of Federal, Multi‑State, and indirect tax compliance related to domestic operations.
• Maintain tax calendar, determination of nexus and related filing requirements, management of tax return preparation, and detailed review of all domestic tax returns and estimated tax payments.
• Prepare compliance filings and follow up with correspondence.
• This role will also help with personal and property tax filings, payroll tax, and research.
• For related tax accounts, handle month‑end activities, journal entries and accruals.
• G/L account reconciliations and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience from public accounting (minimum 3 years).
• CPA license or on track for license.
• Strong systems skills & strong communication skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.
