Financial Reporting Manager

Leading B2B Services company in Irvine is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join the team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, technical accounting support, and financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting for executive leadership, investors, and lenders.

The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

• esLead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
• es Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GA
• APOversee month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analys

• es Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial planning initiativ

• ons Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly prefer
• red5–8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experie
• nce Prior experience within a private equity-backed company, public accounting, or fast-paced growth environment prefer
• red Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requireme
• nts Experience managing month-end close and preparing consolidated financial stateme
• nts Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting syst
