Financial Reporting Manager

We're recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager for a client seeking a hands‑on accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Salary: $145,000–$155,000

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP‑compliant financial reporting across multiple entities, including month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate external audits, prepare disclosures, and monitor changes in accounting standards.
• Prepare lender, investor, and executive reporting packages with KPIs, variance commentary, and covenant compliance tracking.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and support treasury functions.
• Drive process improvements across reporting systems and internal controls.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial reporting and accounting experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; experience with financial statement preparation, audits, and debt/covenant reporting.
• Background in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; consolidation/reporting tools a plus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
