** The Senior Manager leads Fin Ops across Capital Group’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) portfolio, spanning enterprise platforms, associate tools, and emerging GenAI capabilities. This role drives cost transparency, allocation, and optimization by partnering with Engineering and Finance to track usage, attribute spend and enable disciplined investment decisions.

This role builds and scales cost allocation models, unit economics, and Fin Ops practices to create accountability across the portfolio. This includes embedding cost awareness into engineering and product decisions while incorporating GenAI cost economics to enable scalable, efficient adoption of AI technologies.**"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
*** You have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
* You have extensive experience in financial operations, technology finance, or enterprise platforms with broad impact
* You have strong expertise of cost drivers with cloud, SaaS, and end-user technologies
* You’ve established and scaled cost allocation models in complex environments
* You have familiarity with AI/GenAI cost models and governance considerations
* You’ve influenced senior leaders and driven data-informed decisions
* You build partnerships across Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, and Risk
* You have successfully built or matured Fin Ops practices and governance
