Overview
Billing Manager at an elite organization. We are a well‑established and growing professional services organization seeking a talented Billing Manager to lead and oversee billing operations.
Responsibilities- Managing the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilizing Deltek (or a similar platform) for billing procedures, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborating with the finance team to align billing information with financial reports.
- Streamlining billing and payment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving any billing issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implementing and enforcing strict company policies and regulations to maintain financial health.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure billing activities align with overall company objectives.
- Preparing and presenting reports on billing activities to senior management.
- Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends and developments to ensure that billing procedures remain compliant and competitive.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing management role.
- Proficiency in Deltek or a similar financial management platform.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, including preparation, submission, and payment collection.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and customers.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Competitive compensation: $95,000 – $125,000 per year.
