CFO

Description We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and overall fiscal health of the organization in Irvine, California. This position is ideal for a senior finance executive with experience in aviation or aerospace and the ability to support a broader portfolio that includes real estate interests. The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, helping guide planning, performance, and sustainable growth across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities:

- Direct the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business objectives.

- Oversee accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Provide executive-level guidance to ownership on profitability, capital allocation, risk management, and business performance.

- Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, operating results, and opportunities for growth within the core business.

- Support financial oversight and analysis for affiliated real estate holdings, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with banking partners, advisors, investors, and other external stakeholders.

- Lead responses to inbound financial and business inquiries from ownership, partners, and key constituents.

- Develop and strengthen financial processes, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional decision support across the organization. Requirements - Proven executive finance experience in a CFO or comparable senior leadership role.

- Background in the aviation or aerospace industry is strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations for complex or multi-entity business environments.

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Experience supporting or overseeing real estate-related financial activities is highly desirable.

- Skilled at building strong detail-focused relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders.

- Knowledge of corporate risk management, compliance, insurance matters, and internal control practices.
