Pathway's secondaries platform invests in both LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions and actively manages liquidity for clients and investors via the secondary market.

The Associate will be closely involved in all aspects of Pathway's secondaries platform. Primary responsibilities include pre-screening new secondaries investment opportunities, leading financial modeling and due diligence analyses, coordinating with general partners, secondary bankers, third-party consultants, and Pathway's primary investment teams. The role also involves preparing comprehensive investment memos and presenting recommendations to the secondaries investment committee, managing the closing process, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of private equity, investment banking, valuation, or consulting experience, along with extensive knowledge of the private equity asset class including equity and debt capital markets. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are preferred. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
