As a Credit Officer in Portfolio Management, you should be proficient with commercial real estate finance concepts/principlesandtheirapplicationtovariouspropertytypes.
You will complete reviews on properties and borrowers to derive appropriate risk ratings and evaluate expected future performance.
- Completeannualreviewsonpropertiesandborrowerstoderiveatappropriateriskratings.
- Reviewannualpropertyoperatingstatements,rentrolls,andlocalmarketconditionsto determine overall property performance and identify potential risk of default.
- Documentandsupportconcludedriskratings.
- Interact with Borrowers,Credit Executives,andotherpartiestoobtainapplicabledatato perform a complete analysis.
- Presentcreditstoseniormanagementonaquarterlybasis.
- Bachelor’sDegreeorequivalentexperience.
- Minimum3yearsofworkingexperiencewithcommercialandmultifamilyloans.
- Previousexperienceinportfoliomanagement,loanriskgrading/risk assessment.
- Strongorganizationalandtime management skills‐abilitytomultitask,prioritize,andworkwith others in an integrated way to achieve individual objectives and team results.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
- Proficiency in Microsoftdesktoptoolsincluding Word ,Excel,PowerPointandabletoquickly acclimate to proprietary systems.
