Financial Systems Analyst; FP&A Systems

DisruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading publicly traded semiconductor and advanced technology manufacturer headquartered in Irvine, CA. With a global footprint and a highly collaborative environment, they are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support their enterprise planning, reporting and financial systems initiatives. This is an onsite consulting opportunity based in Irvine, CA.

The Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a key liaison between Finance, FP&A, Accounting and IT teams. This individual will support enterprise planning and reporting systems, budgeting and forecasting processes, user support, system enhancements, reporting initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial systems expertise, business analysis capabilities, and hands‑on experience supporting planning and reporting environments such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP BPC, One Stream, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise financial systems.

• Support enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting systems
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting and training for financial systems users
• Assist with data integrations, data validation, system testing and UAT activities
• Support metadata, hierarchies, master data, security administration and system maintenance activities
• Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions, dashboards and management reporting tools
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and increased reporting efficiency
• Create and maintain business process documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on system upgrades, enhancements and strategic initiatives

• 3+ years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A systems or enterprise planning environments
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting or planning processes
• Experience serving as a liaison between Finance and IT teams
• Strong understanding of financial data, reporting structures and business processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, documentation and user support
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities

• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, SAP BPC, One Stream, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Experience with data integrations, ETL processes, SQL, reporting tools or business intelligence platforms
• Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, upgrades or migrations
• Background in manufacturing, semiconductor, technology or publicly traded company environments
