We are seeking a full-time on-site Debt Advisor to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a Debt Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in assessing their financial situation, creating personalized debt management solutions, and providing guidance on achieving financial stability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, identifying suitable repayment plans, facilitating communications with creditors, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and delivering exceptional client support.

You will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to make informed financial decisions.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, debt management strategies, and creating tailored financial plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, provide client support, and foster trust.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Experience with relevant financial tools, software, and record-keeping systems.
• Knowledge of consumer credit reports, budgeting techniques, and creditor communication practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in financial advising, debt counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
