Position: Relationship Manager (Commercial Finance)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Commercial Finance) position based in Irvine, California.

You'll work directly with CFOs, CEOs, private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial decision-makers to help companies secure capital for equipment purchases, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic projects. You'll learn how to structure financing solutions, build long-term client relationships, and develop your own book of business within a growing commercial finance platform.

This is a consultative sales role focused on solving real business challenges. Rather than selling a single product, you'll work with clients to understand their goals and develop financing strategies that support growth and create long-term value.

You'll work closely with company leadership, credit, underwriting, and operations teams, giving you exposure to every aspect of the transaction process and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

You do not need prior equipment finance experience to be successful here. We re willing to invest in motivated, coachable professionals who are eager to learn, build relationships, and grow their careers.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build industry knowledge and succeed in the role.

This position is internally classified as an Account Manager.

What You ll Do
  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout North America
  • Identify opportunities to provide equipment finance and capital solutions
  • Work directly with business owners, CFOs, and financial leaders to understand financing needs
  • Structure and present financing solutions tailored to each client s objectives
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through closing
  • Partner with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to execute transactions
  • Build and grow a long-term book of business
