Financial Analyst II

Job Description

An employer in the Orange County area is seeking a Financial Analyst. The Analyst will support large corporate functions within the organization, assisting with monthly finances, forecasting, and budgeting. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, with strong Excel skills and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Prior healthcare experience is a plus. The position is hybrid, with onsite work three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday on site).

Contract role until March of 2027, with potential to extend and/or convert.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with exposure to analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Excel skills; experience working with MS Great Plains is a plus.
• Experience supporting various corporate functions within an organization.
• Healthcare experience.
