Treasury Manager

Our client is a Growing Private Lender located in Orange County. This role will be part of a growing team that will support streamlining treasury and accounting processes including system upgrades and AI integration.

• Monitor daily cash balances and arrange funding of all disbursement accounts
• Review domestic and international wires and drafts
• Oversee use of bank products such as positive pay, account reconcilement, certification reports, stop payments, ACH/EFT transactions, tax payments, etc.
• Administer internal control procedures with regard to authorized signatories, approvers, releasers, and all operators for bank products and internet access
• Coordinate monthly intercompany cash settlements
• Review reconciliation schedules and other schedules used for various cash related analyzes

• Set up new accounts as needed
• Coordinate corporate resolutions for new bank accounts, products, and signatories
• Streamline and close bank accounts as needed
• Review account analysis and pricing of bank services
• Research and resolve transaction errors and service discrepancies

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Aggregate of 5-10 years’ experience in treasury, banking/finance, or accounting including a minimum of 3 years managerial/supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Effective project management skills – experience in process improvements and ERP software (Net Suite)
• Strong leadership and decision making ability
• Ability to achieve results and lead a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
