Vice President Finance

Alliance Resource Group is partnered with a PE-backed, omnichannel consumer products company in Orange County in their search for a VP Finance.

This is a highly visible role reporting to the CFO and leading a broad finance function across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, liquidity planning, supply chain finance, operations finance, and executive reporting.

The right person will be hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a complex, inventory‑driven business. This is not a pure reporting role. We’re looking for someone who can partner closely with supply chain, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to bring structure, improve forecast discipline, and help the business make better decisions.

Ideal background:

• Consumer products, retail, ecommerce, wholesale, distribution, hard goods, or another inventory‑driven business
• Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and FP&A processes
• Experience partnering with supply chain, operations, sales, and marketing
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives and translate numbers into action
• Strong leadership presence, resilience, and a hands‑on operating style

Compensation is expected to be approximately $225K–$275K base plus bonus, depending on experience.

The role is based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and Friday remote.
