Senior Financial Analyst – Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (CI/SH) business, providing end‑to‑end financial support including P&L performance management, strategic analysis, and portfolio decision support. The role drives financial governance, supports business growth, and collaborates cross‑functionally with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance.
Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end CI/SH P&L performance management, including quarterly BvA analysis and leadership reviews.
- Manage annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning cycles (BP, JU, NU, LT).
- Develop and maintain key financial KPIs.
- Provide financial analysis and business case support for R&D and portfolio investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Support partnership economics and margin analysis.
- Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to support business decisions.
- Drive automation, standardization, and enhancements to financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Prepare clear, decision‑quality financial materials for senior leadership.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience, preferably in Med Tech or a matrixed organization.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel required; SAP and AFO experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑changing, growth‑oriented environment.
- May require up to 10% travel.

Base Pay Range: $79,000.00 – $
