UEI College is seeking a Payment Specialist to manage cash collections for institutional and private loans, cash payment plans, and past-due accounts. You will support the Collections Supervisor in coordinating work with loan servicers and third-party agencies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, and letters to inactive students with past-due balances, meeting monthly collection goals, and performing skip tracing to locate borrowers.
