Corporate Associate - Orange County

Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a midlevel M&A/Capital Markets Associate to join the Corporate Practice of our Orange County office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a general corporate practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. In addition, candidates should be team-oriented and possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills.

$225,000 - $390,000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
