Overview
Finance Manager —
Location:
Los Angeles (On-site, Full-Time). A consumer-facing company in the retail/apparel space is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join its finance team. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing insights to support business decisions. Must be comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business planning and performance monitoring.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting and analyses for management.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling
- Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer products preferred
- On-site presence required in Los Angeles
