Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $70.00 to $75.00 per hour.

• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities to support business objectives and operational performance.
• Develop financial models analyses and projections that assist leadership with strategic decision making.
• Prepare management reports dashboards and presentations that highlight financial results and key business trends.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending plans revenue expectations and business opportunities.
• Identify and implement reporting enhancements process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency.

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning analysis corporate finance or related financial functions.
• Demonstrate experience with budgeting forecasting financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and planning platforms.
• Maintain strong knowledge of financial statements performance metrics and business reporting practices.

• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and develop recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with executives business leaders and cross functional stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment.
• Support collaborative team environments while promoting best practices in financial analysis and planning.
• Bring professional certification leadership experience or advanced business education considered beneficial.
