- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with global institutional investors, analysts, and investment banks.
- Report fund performance to Limited Partners (LPs), organize roadshows to attract new investors, and sustain long‑term partnerships.
- Oversee investor communications and information disclosure for the listed company.
- Analyze shareholder structure and introduce long‑term value investors whose strategies align with the listed company's goals.
- Support the fundraising process for global M&A funds by assisting with investor roadshows and preparing related materials.
- Collect and analyze capital market feedback on the listed company, providing management with market insights and recommendations.
- 8+ years of Investor Relations experience; experience with A-share, Hong Kong, or Nasdaq listed companies is preferred.
- Proficient in securities regulations and well‑versed in information disclosure requirements.
- Excellent public speaking and crisis communication skills.
- Fluent in English (able to work in an English‑speaking environment); willing to work across time zones and travel internationally on a regular basis.
