We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a role that will support strategic product investment decisions by conducting financial analysis, business case development, forecasting, and profitability assessments for new and existing product initiatives. This position involves leading analysis, reporting, and planning for a major division, with a focus on Product Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can quickly contribute to a fast-paced environment and provide actionable financial insights with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business and financial results.
• Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for business plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Support business case development for new product initiatives, including cost and revenue projections.
• Use predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to explore and identify relevant data from internal and external sources.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business case analyses.
• Evaluate product investments, return on investment (ROI), profitability, and go-to-market financial strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations with financial recommendations for business leaders and executives.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business case analyses.
• Strong experience evaluating product investments, ROI, and profitability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience working within Oracle ERP systems.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial recommendations to business leaders.
• Mid to senior-level experience in Finance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting product portfolio management, product development, or strategic planning organizations.
• Experience with in the manufacturing, consumer products, electronics, or technology industries.
• Experience using predictive modeling, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong executive presentation skills, including PowerPoint development and storytelling with data.
• Experience working in large, matrixed corporate environments.
