• Prepare and execute disposition opportunities from portfolio composition through closing
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the region’s dispositions.
• Represent Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace by showing a high degree of professionalism.
• Keep a pulse on transaction and leasing activity, other market participants, and macro shifts within the region.
• Work closely with the brokerage community, third‑party consultants, and junior staff to underwrite and prepare materials for potential dispositions.
• In coordination with in‑house and outside counsel, negotiate LOIs, access agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
• Work closely with the operations team during due diligence through deal closing, serving as the primary deal lead.
• Work collaboratively with team members in other markets/regions and business units.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop junior staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 10+ years’ experience in investments or related fields.
• BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred. Other majors will be considered.
• Strong academic record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus (AE).
• Strong understanding of financial concepts used to evaluate investments and build models, such as simple cash flow analyses, time value of money, return on investment, etc.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading real‑estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiations, and execution of asset dispositions.
• Experience managing full deal lifecycle, including underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional deal teams, including legal, asset management, and operations partners.

$180,000 - $200,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position ual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
