The Investment Associate – Primaries role focuses on the evaluation and management of private equity primary fund investments. Responsibilities include pre-screening new primary investment opportunities, organizing the due diligence process from initial evaluation through close, meeting with investment managers in person and virtually, overseeing quantitative analyses, coordinating with investment managers and placement agents, preparing comprehensive investment memos and reports, and presenting recommendations to Pathway's investment committee and select clients.

The Associate will also oversee investment analysts across deal teams.
