Berkadia's Loan Closing Specialist supports the Mortgage Banker by reviewing application and rate lock documentation, ensuring Freddie Mac and Berkadia guidelines are met, and preparing Berkadia Commitments and rate locks.
You will coordinate with Closers across client relations, legal, underwriting, and servicing to resolve closing issues and record loan data in Omni View, our system of record, to move loans toward closing efficiently.
