The Accounting Systems & Data Integration Analyst supports Accounting & Finance initiatives involving Jack Henry Silver Lake, Enterprise Workflow (EWF), supplemental project support for Loan IQ, and related banking applications.

This role serves as both a technical and functional resource responsible for JHA EWF workflow automation, integration development, transaction‑to‑GL mapping, reconciliations, data validation, testing, reporting, and production support across lending, deposit, treasury, and accounting operations.

The position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Enterprise Data, Technology, Audit, Jack Henry, and third‑party vendors to support Finance modernization efforts and ensure the integrity of financial data and accounting processes.

The role also leverages AI‑enabled tools to accelerate requirements analysis, testing, documentation, reconciliation reviews, workflow development, issue resolution, and automation opportunities.

• Support Jack Henry Silver Lake, EWF, Synergy and Loan IQ project support, and related banking platforms.
• Design, develop, test, and support workflow and integration solutions.
• Support banking core enhancements and Finance modernization initiatives.

• Develop and maintain integrations between banking platforms and Finance systems.
• Support transaction‑to‑GL mapping and accounting data flows.
• Analyze accounting impacts of operational transactions.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation reviews.

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support interface development, workflow enhancements, system upgrades, and deployments.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and production readiness activities.

• Support SOX, audit, regulatory, and operational control requirements.
• Assist with control validation, issue remediation, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with governance and risk management standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain operational runbooks and support procedures.

• Utilize AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities that improve scalability, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Support modernization of reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and operational processes.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience supporting system integrations, data interfaces, and enterprise application implementations within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms, including integrations supporting General Ledger, Deposits, Loans, Customer Information Files (CIF), reporting, and downstream financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting interfaces between JHA and enterprise applications, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and third‑party solutions.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, SQL, file‑based integrations, APIs, data mapping, and production support processes.
• Working knowledge of Accounting & Finance operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, loan and deposit processing, data controls, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting system implementations, conversions, upgrades, and integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation activities.
