Tri Pointe Connect, the mortgage affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, seeks an experienced Loan Officer to build local relationships with New Home Advisors and guide borrowers through financing options. You will gather documentation, assess qualification, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams in an on-site setting.
You will need a current NMLS MLO license, strong communication skills, and a solid knowledge of FHA, VA and conventional loan products.
