The Pricing & Profitability Manager is responsible for leading enterprise pricing governance and optimizing profitability across Origence’s products, services, and client relationships. This role serves as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Finance teams by providing financial insight, evaluating pricing proposals, and ensuring sound, data-driven decision making. The incumbent leads the Pricing Committee process, maintains strong governance and accountability over pricing decisions, identifies opportunities to improve client‑level profitability, and translates complex data into actionable business insights that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational performance.

How You'll Contribute:Pricing Governance & Committee Facilitation
Facilitate recurring Pricing Committee meetings and drive the end‑to‑end pricing governance process.
Coordinate pricing reviews across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and leadership stakeholders.
Manage committee agendas, supporting materials, decision documentation, follow‑up actions, and approval tracking.
Ensure pricing decisions are properly documented, communicated, and incorporated into enterprise pricing standards.
Maintain the enterprise master pricing file and serve as the primary steward of official pricing records.
Promote consistency, transparency, and accountability in pricing decisions across the organization.
Pricing Proposal Review & Business PartnershipReview and validate pricing proposals submitted by Product, Sales, or business teams to ensure assumptions, financial impact, profitability, and business rationale are sound.
Partner with Product and Sales teams to evaluate new pricing structures, renewals, client expansions, contract changes, and strategic pricing requests.
Challenge assumptions professionally and constructively while helping business partners strengthen pricing recommendations.
Summarize pricing proposal impacts, key risks, dependencies, and recommendations for committee and leadership review.
Support follow‑through after pricing decisions, including documentation, communication, implementation coordination, and issue resolution.
Profitability & Business AnalyticsAnalyze product, client, channel, and transaction‑level economics to identify margin improvement opportunities.
Review client‑level profitability to identify pricing exceptions, discounting patterns, underperforming accounts, and opportunities to improve economics.
Evaluate pricing scenarios, volume assumptions, cost‑to‑serve considerations, revenue impact, and margin contribution.
