Experienced in Processing a Full Pipeline of Reverse Mortgages? We’re looking for an experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team! If you have strong reverse mortgage experience, can independently manage a full pipeline, and know how to keep loans moving from application through closing, we’d love to hear from you.

• Independently manage a full pipeline of REVERSE mortgage loans from application through closing
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income, assets, credit, and property documentation
• Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and efficiently clear conditions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan information in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Ensure loans are processed in accordance with FHA, HUD, investor, and company guidelines
• Monitor key pipeline milestones and proactively address issues to keep loans on track
• Provide a positive and professional experience for borrowers throughout the process

• 5+ years of recent REVERSE Mortgage Loan Processing experience
• Current experience independently managing a full REVERSE mortgage pipeline
• Strong knowledge of FHA, HUD, and reverse mortgage guidelines
• Experience working with senior borrowers and reverse mortgage products
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple files
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
