Investment Analytics Manager - Stable, Established Organization

Who you are:- 4+ years of experience in real estate analytics, investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, REIT FP&A, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise and Argus experience.
- Knowledge of property valuation, DCF analysis, IRR, NPV, forecasting, and commercial real estate investment concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to business leaders.
- Perform financial analysis related to leasing transactions, capital projects, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership and investment committees.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, asset management, operations, and other business teams while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- High-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $125,000-$165,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
