Where You Will Work:

Our corporate headquarters is located in Denver with a West Operations office in Irvine, CA. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.

Job Description We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our West Operations Team in Irvine, CA who will:

Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.

Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.

Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.

Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations.  Real Estate experience is a plus. Strong financial acumen

Strong data modeling experience

Strong business writing skills

Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

Expected base salary of $105,000- $130,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Base salary plus 15% annual bonus.
