About the role -

This is an excellent opportunity for a microbiology professional to contribute to product safety and quality in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment while building their career in the personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive microbiology testing on bulk samples, finished products, raw materials, and manufacturing floor samples.
• Conduct cell inoculation and execute various analytical tests including water activity analysis and gram staining procedures.
• Apply rigorous aseptic techniques when handling samples and operating laboratory instrumentation.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in microbiology required.
• Demonstrated hands-on microbiology laboratory experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in microbiology fundamentals from academic and professional background.
• Proficiency with aseptic techniques and laboratory safety protocols.
