As a Specialty Infusion Sales Executive, you’ll lead growth efforts across S. CA, building trusted partnerships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare teams. You’ll play a critical role in expanding patient access to high-quality infusion care while driving measurable results for your territory.

• Lead territory growth by developing new referral sources and nurturing strong provider relationships.
• Execute sales strategies that align with company goals and patient-first values.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service offerings.
• Identify and resolve customer needs with urgency, professionalism, and care.
• Manage your territory like a business — setting goals, tracking activity, and consistently achieving outcomes that make a difference.

• 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and exceed expectations.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel within your territory.

• Proven success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales & proven industry relationships.
