The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Director of Sales to lead our growth efforts in Orange County. This is a high-impact, field-based role for someone who thrives on meaningful work connecting families to the care they need while building lasting partnerships across the healthcare and senior living community. - Commission: Uncapped
- Top Performers Earn: $220,000+
- Car Stipend provided for mileage and vehicle wear
- Conduct 10–12 daily outreach touchpoints (in-person, phone, and virtual) to referral sources and prospective clients
- Lead in-home care consultations and guide families through the admissions process
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, hospice agencies, elder law attorneys, financial planners, and community organizations
- Manage the full senior living placement process — from intake and assessment to community matching, tour coordination, and move-in
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation including pipeline activity, referral metrics, and placement outcomes
- Represent HCP at community events, senior fairs, and educational in-services
- Collaborate with Care Coordination, Executive Directors, and Leadership to ensure seamless client experiences
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute strategic insights to support HCP's market expansion
- Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with professionals across healthcare, legal, and financial industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a dynamic daily workload
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered
Candidates must be able to complete the following prior to or upon hire, in accordance with California licensing requirements:
- Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508) and Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
- Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders (SOC 341A)
- Valid TB Certificate and I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
