Role:The part-time, 10-month, non-exempt, in-person Clinical Supervisor & Therapist for Counseling Services position is responsible for the clinical supervision of therapist staff, trainees, and interns. The Clinical Supervisor assists in promoting the development and maintenance of psychological counseling services, which contribute to the academic success of our campus student community. This role will also assist with the administrative functions of the counseling services offered to Concordia students, including maintenance and development of wellness resources, training, and support of counseling staff.

Education and/or
Experience:
Master's degree in counseling or related field; one to two years of related experience in a college/university counseling center; or an equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred.
Licensure and Certification:
- Active license in California Board of Behavioral Sciences in one of the following
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Current supervision training
Part-Time Staff, Non-Exempt
$42-45/hr
