We’re looking for compassionate, dependable personal aides who want more than just a job—you’ll be improving lives. If you enjoy building relationships, working independently, and helping others stay safe and comfortable at home, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
- Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Run errands and provide transportation when needed
- Build meaningful connections with clients and families
- 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willingness to travel within our service area
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to pass background check
